Konrad Imiela was born in Starachowice. After finishing secondary school, he moved to Wrocław, where he graduated from State College of Theatrical Arts in 1994. In the same year he became an actor of Teatr Polski in Wrocław.

1992

  • the first role on stage in Teatr Polski in "Ann from the Green Hill" directed by Jan Szurmiej
  • a role of Young Franz in "Trap" by T. Różewicz, directed by Jerzy Jarocki, Teatr Polski

1993

  • becomes a prizeman of XIV Stage Song Festival

1992-1995

  • takes part in a TV programme for youngsters called "Strawberry Studio"

1994

  • becomes a prizeman of XV Stage Song Festival
  • wins the 2nd place during Polish Song Festival in Opole
  • the main role in his diploma on State College of Theatrical Arts ("A crime in Lourcine street") directed by K. Warlikowski
  • the first role in a TV performance - the main role in "Knife history" directed by J. Skalski

1995

  • a recital called "Fish trombone" on Promotion Stage during XVI Stage Song Festival, directed by Wojciech Kościelniak, composed of Tom Waits' songs, unanimously called by critics an artistic event of this festival
  • a role of Huck Finn in "The adventures of Tom Sawyer" by M. Twain, directed by Jan Szurmiej, Teatr Polski
  • the first role in a film directed by Radosław Piwowarski called "A self-portrait with a lover"
  • one of the main roles in "Siren Elektro", a mini musical directed by W. Kościelniak (next year it was recorded on a CD), Teatr k2

1996

  • a role in "Immanuel Kant" by T. Berthard directed by Krystian Lupa, Teatr Polski
  • one of the main roles in "The silly moon" with Jarema Stępowski's songs, dir. W. Kościelniak
  • a role of a Thief (Romeo, Iago, Duncan) in a TV performance "A husband, a wife, a girl and a thief (love scenes from Shakespeare)" directed by Radosław Piwowarski
  • a role of Filch in "Three cents opera" directed by Maciej Englert, Teatr Polski
  • Wołodia in a TV series "Fame and glory" directed by Kazimierz Kutz

1997
